Right of withdrawal (EU customers)

As a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us, in accordance with EU consumer law. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a person designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods. If you order several items in one order that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt by an unambiguous statement sent by email to contact@seriouslytho.store. You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept delivery without notifying us. You may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Returns

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of returned items

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In other words, you may try the item the same way you would in a physical store. If the item has been used beyond this, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value, or refuse a refund.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). We will issue the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you have provided proof of return. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Legal guarantee (2 years)

Under EU and Danish law, you have a 2-year legal guarantee. If an item is defective, you may have it repaired or replaced, receive a price reduction, or get a refund, depending on the circumstances. You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect; notification within 2 months is always considered timely. If the claim is justified, we will refund reasonable return shipping costs.
